Royal Appliance Services is an independent repair business serving the appliance brands shown here. We are not a manufacturer-authorized service center or an authorized dealer for these brands.

We install original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts and source them through three parts distributors. When the required part is not already with your technician, we check supplier stock and arrange a pickup or order the correct part for your model.

We check nearby suppliers first to help get your appliance working again sooner. Parts that need to be shipped usually arrive in 1–5 days, depending on stock and warehouse location. Ground delivery is the usual option for non-local orders; next-day or two-day air may be available at a price based on the package size. Oversized parts generally carry an additional shipping charge of $85.

Factory backorders fall outside the usual delivery estimate. These orders often take 7–14 business days, but timing depends on the manufacturer and can change. Parts ordered on factory backorder cannot be returned.

Repair options vary by appliance brand, model, and the problem involved. Some jobs fall outside our scope, even when we service that brand. Contact our team with your appliance details so we can confirm whether the repair is a good fit before you book.

We accept work when we are confident we can handle it properly. If a repair is outside our capabilities, we will be clear about that rather than take on a job we cannot complete with confidence. Respectful communication matters to our team, and we may decline requests when the working relationship is not a suitable fit.

We do not take repair assignments covered by a manufacturer or third-party warranty. This also applies when a dealer or warranty company suggests using an independent contractor or approves the request. Please arrange that warranty service through your authorized dealer.

Repairs completed by Royal remain covered by our own 90-day parts and labor warranty. Cleaning services are excluded.
